The process starts with a booking deposit. For Toscana Vista under 10 million baht the booking fee is 100,000 baht, followed by a contract payment of 400,000 baht. For units between 10 and 20 million the booking is 200,000 baht and contract payment 800,000 baht. After that payments are split into 25 installments.
