How do you apply for Thailand Privilege Visa?

No. The Thailand Privilege Visa is a tourist-category visa — it does not grant work authorization in Thailand. You can legally work remotely for a foreign company while living in Thailand on this visa, but you cannot be employed by a Thai company or run a registered Thai business without a separate work permit.
Yes — from Platinum tier (1,500,000 THB / 10 years) onwards. Each additional family member (spouse or child) is added for an extra fee: 1,000,000 THB on Platinum, 1,500,000 THB on Diamond. Bronze and Gold tiers are for individual applicants only.
Typically 30 to 45 days from submission to approval. The main variable is the background check — the Thai government clears applicants through four agencies. Once approved, you have 45 days to complete visa affixation. The entire process can be done without travelling to Thailand first.
